Produced on the Isle of Arran at the distillery in Lochranza, the Arran The Barrel Reserve 70 cl offers a clean, approachable entry into Scottish island single malts. This expression is matured 100% in bourbon barrels (first-fill American oak) and bottled at 43% ABV without added colouring. On the nose it reveals fresh apples and pears, followed by vanilla cream and a hint of citrus.The palate continues with soft vanilla sweetness, green apple and light spice from the charred oak.The finish is gentle but lingering, with warm oak, citrus peel and soft spice.Perfect for sipping neat, with a splash of water, or enjoying as part of a casual dram, this bottle makes a thoughtful gift or excellent introduction to Arran’s house style.
