Charles Herbert

The artwork featured on this collection was created by Charles, an artist who spent over 20 years capturing landscapes through his distinctive use of acrylics. Drawn to the Isle of Arran for its remarkable scenery, Charles found endless inspiration in the island’s dramatic mountains, changing coastlines and spectacular skies and sunsets. Specialising in land and seascapes of Arran and the West of Scotland, his work reflected a deep appreciation for the natural beauty around him. Although Charles is sadly no longer with us, his artwork continues to celebrate the landscapes he loved, offering a lasting connection to Arran through beautifully observed and much-loved scenes.
